Central location with modern rooms
central location nice atmosphere clean room
The location was very central. I found the lobby and bar had a nice atmosphere and were good for an easy evening. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. The hotel is located conveniently to museums, restaurants and other attractions.
The room was small. There was no place to put luggage except on a puff. It felt a bit like being in a ship cabin.

The hotel lobby provides ample space with chairs and plugs for work. A restaurant is located in the hotel, so meals are convenient. There is also laundry available on-site, although I did not use it.

This hotel is near a broad, open public area. The hotel is also close to many sightseeing destinations. The tram station can be reached with a walk of three to five minutes from the hotel.

Really good Stay in Prime Location

Check-in was efficient with the self-service kiosk. This allowed a quick start to my visit. I appreciated the variety of amenities available. There was a great bar, a restaurant, and a morning coffee bar. The hotel's central location made access to shopping and dining easy. The staff members I interacted with were consistently cute and helpful.
I found that the room was slightly smaller than expected. There was not a lot of extra space beyond the bed.

The staff responded promptly to requests (even at late hours). They provided extra coffee and tea when needed. The overall service experience was attentive, addressing guest needs efficiently.

My Superior King Room included a large comfortable bed. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The provided amenities met expectations, with a comfortable and well kept space for relaxation.

ac problem poor sleep
The hotel location is fantastic for city center activities. (I especially liked how close it was to everything.)
The AC kept switching off every two hours. It was pretty hot . I woke up sweating and had to switch it on again. I complained, but staff said it was for saving power. It really impacted my sleep .

dark room unhelpful staff
the room was dark, it suffered a total lack of natural light. it resembled something of a cave. i also discovered the reception staff seemed unable or unwilling to engage before some electronic system deemed it appropriate. i wondered what their actual role was.

the room was small the bed took up almost all the space. there was not much room to walk around. i also found that early check-in required an extra fee this was unexpected.

lobby facilities free water super king bed small room limited food sketchy location
the lobby had facilities for workstations and laptops plus a café. i got complimentary free water bottles every day. the bed was super king size.
the room was very small. there were very few food options considering the price of the hotel. the location felt sketchy in terms of safety at night i suggest a more well lit spot.
